CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICIES: A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment, and will go towards your total amount. A deposit is the only thing that guarantees your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment in order to use your deposit towards rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will not be able to use your deposit to rebook and will need to make a new deposit for a new appointment. If for any reason you cannot make it to your appointment last minute please contact me to let me know you will not be able to make it. Last minute cancellations or no shows risk not being able to book with me again. It is preferred that you arrive on time to your appointment but if for any reason you happen to be late, there is a 10 minute grace period. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes, your appointment will either need to be cancelled or rescheduled and you will lose your deposit. A new deposit will need to be made to rebook. Please pay attention to the time and date you are choosing when booking, and please be courteous of my time.
